Stupid Makula MTN network with **** contracts to paying clients.

MTN has really disappointed me.I have two sim contracts with them.One that Provisions on the 12th day of the month and the one that Provision on the beginning of each month.Till today the 3rd day of the month i have not received my data allocation.From their useless call centre agents Smangaliso,Cebisa and Pule..I called more than 10 times without any proper assistance.The data special i took on black Friday last year and i have been very loyal and they have loaded without a hussle has now changed to the 12th Without notifying a paying client of changes..sies..to a loyal client of so many years.I want my data or else ill reverse my debit order in peace!.
