stupid lot
How do you fail to pick up what the problem is if you haven't given them airtime for 2 effing months. And then you get a stupid person called Felicity responding that the query has been resolved!! How if I still haven't received the airtime. I will not pay you for this stupid account. A billboard will go upon the 25th of May with the name of every single useless person I ever spoke to including the top managers
