Normally one waits very long at this particular branch as they are quite busy all the time. This time however it was worth the wait as the sales person attending to our query and payment was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recall when was the last time someone spent so much time making sure we understood the difference in the packages they have to offer and advise in a clear and positive manner.
