Stumbles on the last steps of processing a MTN Business upgrade. Do you guys not like getting more money??!!

I've been trying to get an mtn upgrade sorted for over a month now, we were getting good service from Thulani Liwela, but he has since stopped replying. Has he left the organisation? Can someone else please step in to help us pay you more money???!!
