Struggling with Network and Signal in Port Alfred

For the last two weeks I & many others have been struggling with network coverage & cell phone signal in the Port Alfred area. I run my business off my phone & wifi as with many others. So it is fairly important for me to be able to make & receive calls & send & receive emails! I have been phoning the network number almost everyday to report my poor network coverage & get transferred from pillar to post OR they are off line and the attitude is not really one of caring for the client or trying to help with a solution. I went to the MTN shop in Port Alfred and the 'manager' there has no clue & was unhelpful, a shame that the MTN shop in our little town is fairly quiet compared to the buzzing, friendly, helpful Vodacom shop. I have also been in touch with my MTN business manager in PE and he too has been struggling to get any feedback or response to our complaints. At least he is trying! I eventually went to buy a Vodacom wifi modem & now have internet, no thanks to the 'friendly & helpful' service at MTN. I have been a client for many years & am super disappointed that no one seems to give a hoot or come up with a solution to assist me. Pity I have just renewed my two year contract.
