Struggling to sign up a new Business Contract?

I am trying to open a new contract on MTN Business I tried to call numerous times on 30 Dec - their IVR went blank each time. Since then, I have sent 4 emails - none answered! I finally got hold of someone telephonically on 3 January who told me the only way to open a contract is to physically go into a store. C'mon we are in 2020 - surely I can send my docs via email? Without much other choice, I tried calling the Norwood Mall store to ask what documents I needed. I called numerous times over 2 days - phones go unanswered! I wrote to Twitter for help - 3 messages still being ignored! I finally caved in and managed to go to Melrose Arch store when I was in the area. After 30 minutes of singing up with all my docs all my docs, I was informed Melrose is a reseller store and can't do month to month contracts! MTN - Why would you make it so difficult to open a contract?? I WANT to become a customer of yours but it seems impossible. I cannot go again to a store - I'd like someone to contact me URGENTLY via phone or email requesting my documents for a month to month business contract - a simple request!
