Struggling to RICA MTN simcard

My daughter app**** for a MTN contract through MTN, the contract was approved and on Monday delivered via DSV, she is struggling to RICA the simcard. MTN says DSV should do it and DSV says MTN should.... Today is day nr 3 with the constant struggle to get her simcard to work. Believe me, they will let her pay for these 2 days.

We need someone who can assist? Contract Application was done online and email, MTN do have all the documents - if not, how would they approve the contract
