Struggling to resolve a simple query

<p>I need to get my invoices for the financial year 2016. The website gives me an error when I follow the link in the emails I received.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been emailing the Customer Care email address repeatedly now for two weeks. I only got one response and then nothing after that. The person who rep**** was Thembisile Sithole.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now tried calling Mtn service center, but when I enter my phone number I get a message saying it is not a contract number (fair enough, it is no longer a contract number) and it is a pay as you go number. Ok, so I follow the prompts to try and get to speak to an operator. I enter my phone number again for the Pay as you go section and then the machine voice says "Thank you for calling MTN, good bye" twice and then hangs up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I please get a phone number to call someone directly to help me resolve this issue, or an email address? I am not in South Africa currently and therefor non of the 808 style numbers work for me. I need an international number.</p>
