Struggling to port with no help

Such difficulty in porting my telkom number to mtn!! I sms the port me number 2 times, shows delivered. But nothing happens. Called customer care, no joy and no help!!!! What bad service! I thought mtn at least were better than the other networks!!! But I was surely mistaken!!!
