Struggling to open a business contract

I have been trying for 2 weeks to open a business contract for a single cell phone with MTN at the William Nicol branch, my company Ectropy Properties Pty Ltd was denied application due to an ITC credit listing, the creditor was paid, they provided proof all was up to date, same was provided by Transunion and the listing was updated to active and in business, I sent a credit business report from transunion to MTN proving same but they still saying “system error” application denied, MTN needs to update their system not ITC. Please help me as this is actually pathetic how MTN cannot resolve this, for all this head ache I may as well go to another mobile carrier.
