Struggling to get voucher due with upgrade

I did an upgrade last month and I have been battling to get the voucher that is due to me - the apparent VIP customer relations administrator cannot seem to help me so what is the point of having VIP people who can’t help customers.

I have asked for this to be escalated and zero luck there too.
