Struggling to get the rest of my promotional data for 2 weeks

Good day . I’ve upgraded my contract on the 1st October 2019 and with this upgrade you get free data . Which is 20 gigs YouTube data and 20 gigs anytime data . On the 3rd October I received data . Who I consisted of the 20Gigs YouTube data and only 8 Gigs anytime data . I contacted MTN on the 3rd telling them about the missing anytime data . I’ve been given the runaround since then . Until now I still haven’t received the rest of my anytime data . It’s clear and obvious they they don’t want to give me the rest of my anytime data . This for me is unacceptable.
