"Struggling to Get a Refund for a Cancelled MTN Home Router Order"

I purchased an MTN home router and completed the necessary payment as instructed. The courier was arranged as usual, but when they contacted me to schedule delivery, they informed me that they required my original ID card, which was broken at the time. They advised me to get it replaced and mentioned that they would note this on my parcel and arrange delivery once I had the new ID.

However, when I called the courier last week, they informed me that the parcel had been returned to MTN. Upon inquiring with MTN, I was told that my order was cancelled. I requested a refund, but despite submitting all the necessary documents, I have yet to receive it. To this day, MTN continues to give me the runaround regarding my refund.
