Struggling to do a sim swap!

Since yesterday I have been trying to do a sim swap because I got a new device that takes a nano sim and I have been failing because I need to list my most frequent dialed numbers (which I don't keep record of because it is a pre-paid sim card) ... That frustrates me so much ... This number of mine that I have that I would like to keep has been part of my life for SO LONG and now I can't get to do a DAMN sim swap ... I mean this number has been RICA'd and in store (Where I have proof of residence (my BANK STATEMENT), my ID Book AND THE ORIGINAL SIM CARD) I am being diverted to your call center because they don't want to help me with a sim swap OR I am told that I need to get an affidavit ... I really DON'T WANT TO LOSE THIS NUMBER THAT HAS BEEN PART OF MY LIFE BECAUSE MY WHOLE LIFE IS TIED TO THIS NUMBER!

Really feeling frustrated at the moment with this pathetic new security measurements ... I mean seriously ... is an ID number and email address not sufficient?!?!
