Struggling to do a sim swap
<p>I have been trying to do a sim swam for a sim card that i lost and MTN has not been helpful at all. 24 hours has elapsed and they just say i must just keep calling them. I am frustrated because im stuck with a sim card that i cant do anything with and the one that i lost had about 800mb and mu fear is that someone will use it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Angry customer</p> <p>Thandiswa Mafilika</p> <p>temp number ********** 456</p>

I did my sim swap on tuesday. How can you send confirmation of the sim swap to a number that i have lost? makes no sense. had you sent it to the number Im doing the sim swap on i would habe done it a long time ago. ofcourse the person will deny it because that is not me and they inted on using my data that is left on that sim card.
can you escalate the urgency of this matter as my life depends on that number. i cant even pay my bills because i need that number.
I am still disgusted to say the least with mtn poor service with my sim swap. I told them that i lost my phone and sim card and that the person who picked up my phone was using my sim card last night.
i cannot do anything without that number, i cant even do internet banking as i need the number.
