Struggling to cancel the month to month router

I’ve been struggling to cancel the home router for over a year now. I returned the router including the box to MTN Alberton city store and I’ve been sending cancellations emails to their complaints department now response whatsoever!. Today I have logged a formal complaint with ICASA I hope i get assistance because the account was handed over and I’m listed on the credit bereu.
