Struggling to cancel my contract

My phone and number was ******, i have been trying to cancel my contract , worse experience ever !!! I have been on the line for 4 hours and still no one can cancel the contract , have send emails , no one answers. MTN is getting a bad name and face ,due to a call center that can not cancel a contract .
