Struggling to cancel Mtn contract from Dec 2020

Hi, Ref no 1#*** I canceled my Mtn contract in December 2020 but still Mtn is still deducting from my bank Account and they promised to reimburse me. I sent emails to *** and made calls but still contract not canceled. Please help Hello Peter MTN is ******** me.
