STRUGGLING TO CANCEL EXPIRED CONTRACTS

I am so fed up with MTN! Two of my contracts expired months ago. Today is the fourth time that I have to phone them because they are STILL deducting my account for these two contracts. I do not even use those numbers anymore. Every time I phoned them the consultant said that they have canceled the contracts now. Is it so difficult to cancel a contract that has expired???
