STRUGGLING TO CANCEL CONTRACT

My contract was ending May 2022 and I've been trying to cancel it since March 2022 informing mtn that I am not upgrading the contract with no suceess, next I receive a billing for June.

The retentions email that was sent I responded to and never gotten a response to date. Should I be debited for June, I will not pay.
