STRUGGLING TO BUY MY DESIRED PHONE

I went to MTN Store at Campus Square on the 19th August to buy a new phone Samsung A30 Violet colour it was finished they only had black they took my details and promised to call me when the order arrives a week passed when to MTN Sam Ntuli Mall A30 was finished they told me of A31 I had to request that they take my details and call me when they have it's over 3 weeks now still waiting I don't know if the phone is discontinued or what's the challenge cause I even asked can they maybe check which store has it so I can then go to it but they assured me they will get it for me till to date I am still waiting
