Struggling for over 2 YEARS for MTN to reimburse me!

I have been fighting for over TWO YEARS now for MTN to reimburse me for a significant amount of money that they debited from my bank account without my authorisation for a ********** cell phone contract. It took them 3 months to stop debiting my account for the ********** contract after I informed them that it was not me and sent them the case number from the police. Every time I have tried to get in touch with the legal department a different person responds to the ********** email address. This is my only means of contacting them and none of them give me their direct contact details, except for the first lady I spoke to, Cebisile Nkosi, who no longer responds to my emails. After two years of jumping through the various hoops each of them requested (a new person every time!), sending them and resending them this document and that confirmation, they have now completely stopped responding to my mails. They have acknowledged that ***** was committed on my account and that I should be reimbursed, but after asking for me to send through proof of banking details in March 2018, I have heard nothing and, of course, not received my reimbur*****t! Although I get 'Read' receipts from the ********** email address, no one ever bothers responding to my requests for information on why the reimbur*****t (WITH INTEREST!) has not taken place yet. Holding onto my money like this, after acknowledging that it was a ********** contract, is basically theft! It's almost like they're waiting for my to get worn down and give up and it make me wonder whether this is perhaps company policy. The fact that no one from the legal department responds to me anymore, now that there are no more hoops to jump through, only seems to confirm the suspicion that MTN has no intention of reimbursing me and is ok with allowing ***** to take place on their customer's accounts.
