STRUGGLING FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS TO GET ASSISTANCE
***<br> We have been practically BEGGING for assistance since 27 January 2015 - to date we have not even had the courtesy of a phone call.<br> Every time I phone with the above reference, I am told that the person dealing with the matter is studying / of sick / doing something (but not working on our problem).<br> Yesterday I phoned and spoke to a certain Samantha Hild who told to me to phone every day until the person dealing with the problem has been traced.....<br> Is this for real?
