Struggle to cancel MTN data contract

I had a data contract with MTN that was suppose to come to an end February 2021.

I contacted the call center in February 2021 and ask that the contract should be cancelled because I was going to move to a new data provider . Since than I have contacted the call center several times and ask that the contract be cancelled , but nothing is being done.

This morning I went in to the MTN store in my local mall and ask for a statement and still MTN is charging me for a a data contract that I have asked them to cancel in February 2021 and I have since moved to a new data provider.

I had to close my bank account , because MTN would take R2000 and more out of my bank account at a time after I already ask them many times to cancel my data contract with them.

Never in my life will I ever again take out a data contract with MTN.
