Striking
Good day,<br> <br> It is so pathetic that a private company would strike. You expect government departments to be useless but when I pay a fortune every month for my cell phone contract and now when I call the call centre the messages advises that this service is not active due to strikes! I sent a claim form in for my ****** cell phone was advised that I would get feedback in 5 days still no feedback and I sent this on the 14/05. <br> Don't know how I will get feedback eventually because I don't have a phone!!! <br> Please if there is anyone at MTN that works please email me feedback just so know when I will get my phone
