Striking
Retention department striking and there's no one who can cancel your contract. Waiting to talk to someone from that department since March. I'm sick of waiting for an half an hour for the call centre to answer, just to hear they can't help you. Now they deducting money from my account, because no one can cancel my contract.Mtn can sponsor such a lot of monies, but yet they can't keep their clients happy.
