Strike impacting me negatively

My ipad was ****** 2 weeks ago and I was told by the police that I need an ITC number from MTN in order to report the incidence. I have tried on numberous occasions to call MTN but since the strike is still on no one can help me. Its gotten so bad that I cannot replace the ipad which I need for my work. Its really impacting me negatively financially and I don't see why we should suffer because MTN doesn't have a contingency plan to deal with this.<br> I am very disappointed.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
