Strike action seriously affects customers
I have tried to be patient with this whole MTN strike action debacle, but this has now gotten ridiculous. My phone was ****** 2 weeks ago and in that time (try though I may), I have not managed to get hold of anyone to black list the handset, get me a replacement phone or reverse the charges for the R16K worth of phone calls that was made after my handset was ******. All this because I was not able to report the handset as ****** for 18 hours via phone or internet self service ****il I could get to an MTN store) because MTN staff were on strike!!! I am beyond frustrated as my services have been suspended through no fault of my own! I am hoping that there is someone at MTN who cares about retaining customers...and will get in touch with me to resolve my issues. Let's see whether anyone will accept the challenge!
