Strike
It has been 6 weeks and still did not receive a call about my contract that needs to be upgraded, they dont call or send feedback about the strike of the warehouse and am still waiting for a response, my studies are being delayed for the reason with the upgrade to a laptop.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
Due to the strike we were facing some our customer service channels were badly impacted. Now that the strike has been ended, everything should stabilize going forward.
