This is the second time I need to resort to hellopeter to get you to activate an mtn sim.

I went for a sim swop 3 weeks ago and was told it would activate after 24 hours. It hasnt activated yet

Normally I would give a company the benefit of the doubt as I know that life happens, but the previous time an mtn sim of mine did not activate, I only received support after turning hellopeter in desperation.
