Strenuous Service and Terrible customer service!

Still awaiting approval for the 3rd day now. These guys will take your documents and will not give you a valid response until you call them to follow up and then they say the need more docs. I sent my docs to Prenell Naidoo from MTN CCI SA dept and she along with her dept is slow. Terrible service!!!
