Straight to Voicemail

When people call my number, it goes straight to voicemail. On Saturday the 17th of April 2021 I went to MTN Cape Gate. The lady at the entrance wished I could remember her name, she was going through my cellphone and trying all kinds of things. She could not find anything wrong, then she left and went to go do something. After a while she came back and said that the problem was sorted, it will take about 24hrs to reset, I asked her is she sure that my cell will be sorted. Well it is Monday the 19th of April 2021, it is still not fixed as when people call my number it still goes straight to voice mail. My insurance company can not reach me, I can not register Capitec bank as it still goes straight to voicemail.
