Store takes action but central billing does not
OK MTN how do you explain this.
My contract ended in 12th June so I went to my local store to cancel my airtime contract as I want to go pay-as-you go. I was told I would receive a cancellation notice in 48 hours. This never happened so I went back to the store to re-cancel the contract and was told to wait another 48 hours. Still no SMS of notice. I did all of this well within time of my contract invoice date the 20th of the month. So today I still get invoices for R550 of airtime.

I WANT THIS RECTIFIED NOW!

Do NOT ask me to phone the call centre as that is a waste of a day, that is specifically why I went into my local store!
