Store closure request

I would like to express my frustration regarding the outlet in Campus Square. The current manager and staff need urgent attention in regards to customer service 🙄. The amount of yelling, eating at the counter, poor understanding of the MTN products is just so disgusting it's not funny. What annoys me is the heartbreaking service of elderly customer's that genuinely want service, but was dismissed in a horrific manner. Just close the ****** store the manager is failing ,what's the point of having the store if Incredible Connection and Vodacom can offer 10x the service MTN fails to offer.
