Stop Taking My Money !

I have been battling with MTN for over a year now, I dont know what the **** to do anymore. MTN has been debiting twice the amount they should since I have started a contract with them. Ive been to the respective branch many times to have this resolved only to be rescheduled for another day, countless times! I have been battling to get service from higher ranks with an MTN consultant and not getting help! So this is clearly an incompetency thing inherent in the company. This month marks a year of having paid double, and I would love it if you guys would stop debiting now, cause you've obviously gotten your money's worth. MTN stop ****ing debiting my account!!
