Stop *****ing my money MTN

Dear mighty MTN, ALMOST 2 YEARS and I am still struggling to get my name cleared after you had a labour dispute in March/April 2015. YOUR staff SABOTAGED my account by processing debits ranging from R2000 to R5000 when my monthly account was only R500. Your Business owner ADMITTED that is was because of unhappy staff and she even gave me a tablet(I call it a BRIBE) to keep me quite until the matter was resolved. Well she did not keep her promise and as result I have a collection agency phoning me every day demanding payment. Your offices cannot help me because it is with the collection agency, the collection agency cannot do anything either until debt is repaid. I even paid what they told me to just to get this matter back to MTN but after payment was made I was told to pay a RECONNECTION fee of R3500. WELL MTN, I AM DONE FORKING OUT MONEY TO PAY YOUR AFRICA DEBT. GET A COMPITENT SERVICE MANAGER TO CONTACT ME, THIS PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER AND PUT 2 AND 2 TOGETHER, I ASSURE YOU IT IS NOT THAT COMPLICATED.

Thank you for your post

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

Kindly note that a credit of R7334.61 (including vat) was passed to the account on 2015-08-11 for the extra data usage on the invoices dated 2015-05-13 and 2015-06-13. Another credit of R2214.17 (including vat) was passed to the account on 2016-02-01 for the additional data bundle billed on the invoices dated 2015-08-13 to 2015-12-13. We have escalated the matter to the legal department for further assistance.

We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us.

Kind Regards
Siphumezo
