STOP SPAMMING ME
MTN do not seem want to stop sending me spam. I am getting fed up with the endless bombardment of sms's.<br> I now have 5 messages on my cell phone stating that I have been removed from their marketing list.<br> So far it has not worked - so why should I believe this message. The spam keeps on rolling in.<br> <br> The call centre is worse than useless when trying to resolve this.<br> <br> I defy anyone to get through to the email address mentioned below:<br> <br> Good day Max,<br> Thank you for emailing Customer Care.<br> We apologize for the delayed response.<br> Kindly use the link to opt out the Marketing sms [Email Removed] .<br> We look forward to being of service to you.<br> Kind Regards,<br> Thabitha Nkwana <br> Customer Services<br> MTN SA<br> <br> I am looking forward to the day when the Protection of Personal Information Act comes into operation. I will make full use of its protection of my rights.
