STOP RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF!!!!

I have been a pre-paid MTN subscriber for over 10yrs. On the 1st of June 2024 I was astonished to see them mark up their monthly data bundles again.

I used to be able to purchase a 5GB monthly data bundle for R199. Initially, if you had not used your full allocation, it would carry over to the next month. This practice was stopped a number of years ago, which I was disappointed with but accepted.

Today, 1st of June 2024, I tried to purchase my monthly data bundle. Only to see that they are now charging R215 for 3.5GB monthly.

I'm sorry, data prices are supposed to go down not up.

STOP RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF!!!!
