Stop making false promises
Again, you make empty promises right here on hellopeter.<br> <br> You owe me money, lots of it. When you continue to take money from me, after my account has been cancelled months before, and you send me a silly amount of R118, this does not pay for all the months you took R318 after my account has been cancelled.<br> <br> Please get your act together and refund me everything you owe me. I'm not an idiot.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Your invoice date is the 20th of every month therefore the contract was cancelled on the 24th September already a new invoice was running by the time the contract was cancelled .The debit order is for the invoice that had already been running before cancellation of the contract. The amount we billed you is R119.68 and R198.32 has been refunded back to your account.
