stop ignoring your clients
I've cancelled my contracts and afterwards I was still debited. I want my money. I've logged a 100st of queries but they all get ignored just like the other 1000st on hallo peter. <br> <br> I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ABT THIS. I DON'T WANT STORIES ABT SOMEONE IS LOOKING INTO IT. AND THAT YOU HAVE SEEN I'VE MADE CONTACT WITH MTN. Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
kindly note that we debiting your account one month behind which means the R468.00 that MTN debited on the 20/06/2015 it was for the inv dated the 20/05/2015 and on the 20 july we only debited R155 which was for the inv dated 20/06/2015 due to credit of R259 that was passed on the 14/07/2015 and wrote off the invoice.
i have attached the report and sent it to your email ***
