Stop being ****** & Do your job CORRECT.

I am done complaining, it always falls on deaf ears with you. My contract ends in 3 months, MAKE SURE IT'S CANCELLED NO LATER. I only owe you 3 payments (end of April, May, & June). If my line does not get re-instated after my now 3rd request in 3 weeks this month, I am taking you the Ombudsman, & considering all the ******** things you do to me and the rest of your clients. I will have a very strong case.
