****** simcard
My samsung tablet fell and the screen was cracked as a result! I insured my phone through mtn and they use 24h mobility insurance!! They collected the damaged tablet from my home, and 3 days later i got it back! (9/3/15-11/3/15)!+-3 months later i saw that my bill stating that i owe them R15 000 !! When i checked my tablet i saw that there was no simcard!! I know i was at fault for not removing it before but we use uncapped wifi at home and did not realize it was missing!and the mtn shop confirmed that the calls went up after my tablet was in for repairs I did not receive any statements in that 3 months because of the mtn strike!! The lady from the mtn shop called that number and a man picked up even his voice is on the voicemail!!! We immediately blocked the simcard! Since then i tried to get answers from both 24h mobility and mtn and nobody wants to help me no one even came back to me!! I dont think its fair that i pay for that bill because i gave my tablet in good faith to the insurance company and did not gave permission for anybody to use my mtn data sim card as a phonebooth!! Im struggling to get itemised billing from mtn so i can open a ******** case ! !!i really need answers
