****** phone replacement

<p>My iPhone 6, IMEI: ********** ********** 6 was ****** on the 30 October 2016. I blocked the phone, got a case number and reported the matter to MTN insurance on the same day. I completed the claim form and submitted the claim at the MTN Clearwater branch.</p> <p>When I call the call centre, it status that my insurance claim has been approved. Then it states that for further information I must speak to the operator, which is option 0. The issues:</p> <p>(a) When you press Option 0, it says you have selected the incorrect option. Select from the list and that goes on and on.</p> <p>(b) My phone has not been released even though the claim has been approved.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my phone urgently.</p> <p> </p>
