****** Phone & Compromised Security

We have been MTN customers for 13 years and have numerous phones under one account. My phone was ****** this morning at 7:30am and I have not been able to report it to the police and I can't submit it to insurance because MTN refuses to give me an ITC number. The ladies at the Karaglen store & Greenstone stores (where I have been all day) are unable to assist as they have limited functionality and have emailed the blacklisting department. No response. When I phone MTN directly they tell me to go instore! So now at 5:30pm my phone is sitting with these guys who stole it this morning and I can't block my sim card. OTP's are being sent to my phone, putting me at risk.

This is all because, as a customer who pays for multiple phones on one account, I took my wife's upgrade and so they cannot block my number because it's linked to her phone number. Both numbers are on my account! Surely I have the right to use any phone on my account.
