I'm going through major problems with Mtn, issues they can't even resolve themselves. Mtn insurance issued me a ****** phone in April 2021 which I recently found out few days ago that the phone was blocked by Telkom on the 16th of August 2021 due to *****.I sent an email this morning and its been 12 hours with no response. I called Mtn yesterday to confirm if the IMEI number of the phone they delivered to me was the same as the one that was blocked by Telkom and it was the same IMEI number which was blocked by Telkom, the Mtn consultant confirmed it was the same. This phone was ****** from Telkom, Mtn are ******** and ****** and deserve to be sued.
