I have been with MTN since 2007..... I have been using one number which is *** since that time . This has been my main number and my very first number. This number has been registered under my name all these years until 2021 September, I started getting calls from my close friends and family asking why am I am asking them for money via WhatsApp messenger and not taking calls. I logged in to my WhatsApp immediately and realised that my WhatsApp was no longer active,tried to make calls my number was no longer in use. My number was now allocated to someone else, this person is harassing people on my contacts, asking them for money and video calling them. I bought a new SIM card and tried to do a sim swap but I failed, went to MTN branch but I did not get help. Can I please get my number back because this person is harassing people and destroying my name. Please 🥺 I beg you. You can trace back on your records how long I have been using that number.
