****** handset in store during upgrade

Good day<br> <br> On Friday 14 August 2015 I walked into MTN store in hatfield plaza in Pretoria to upgrade on my line ***. I was assisted by consultant Bongi Mcunu.<br> <br> I upgraded to a Samsung S6 edge. As we where busy with the upgrade my sister Malose Moabelo inserted a 8ta sim in new handset, as my old phone is still in good shape so I was doing the upgrade to give her the new handset. After inserting the sim and switching the handset on, Malose gave Bongi (consultant ) the handset so as to put on the accessories. The sales consultant put the handset on the table requested me to move to another table to pay for the accessories, when we got back the hand set was missing. They told me there is nothing they can do and I had to leave without a hand set yet I'm paying for the upgrade.
