Mtn Credited me with my monthly package on my contract of which is 100 minutes, 400 minutes and 500 MB of data. On the 14th I received my package and on the 15th of April in the morning I only checked my Facebook notifications and I hardly spent 10 minutes on Facebook. After checking my notifications, I switched off my data and in the evening when I wanted to search something on the net but my phone could not connect to the net and when I checked my data balance and my data was 0MB on the 15th of April later in the evening. I placed a complaint and the they told me that I will take 7 days for my query to be resolved. I am utterly disgusted by the service firstly and secondly I am amazed that they ***** data and airtime from people and the consultants are ***********.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Please take note your package as follows: 100 minutes, 200 SMS and 500MB free with the contract. This will be allocated to the sim card on the 14th of every month.
The investigation has been finalized and the system reflect the following: Data has been used, the system bill on volume and not duration.
On the 14th of April you have used 177.51MB and on the 15th of April you have used 599.35MB.
Data was depleted on the 15th of April at 20:43 last transaction for data.
Please contact the data support help desk to assist you on line to see if you have application running and not closed. 1555 is a free service.
If you require itemized billing to reflect then usage you are welcome to call the 808 call center to request this for you, note due to the service not loaded the account will be billed R21.50 per month request.
