****** airtime - again!

This is my 2nd complaint about MTN in 3 months. I requested a migration from contract to prepaid as my contract term is up and MTN doesn't have any suitable contracts to offer me. I was told to e-mail my request to ********** for this to happen. After doing so, I received an e-mail from Tamara Mthandazo that it can be done but I will lose my airtime. No reason provided for this. I advised her to go ahead with the migration but did object to me losing the airtime that I paid for - R330. All I want is MY airtime, I paid for it and it is now owed to MTN. This is possibly a business rule but also theft to me. How does MTN logically justify this? I will forfeit MY airtime because??? I already had an issue in October where a R1000 was removed due their network error, then I wasn't billed due to their network error and eventually was double-debited. Studpidly, I still opted to stay with MTN as a prepaid client. All I want is MY R330 back or full and clear explanation as to how I, the consumer who PAID for the airtime, am no longer entitled to it. My number is now migrated and MTN kindly gave me R10 airtime. I've read numerous articles where consumers have taken this up via many consumer bodies, namely Wendy Knowler Consumerwatch, and have gotten their airtime back as MTN cannot provide a VALID and LEGAL explanation. I will do the same until I get what's MINE. If I do not receive a suitable response within 48 working hours, I will then lodge a complaint with ICASA and a consumer watchdog.
