Dear Nompumelelo, the file I was attempting to download failed and never completed, it may have been 80 mb if it did but only 40 odd downloaded, also my data was still there after the download only my airtime vanished so your explanation in all due respect is not valid. I think it is safe to say that neither me nor any of my friends or family will ever deal with MTN and I will make sure to tell
